Freebord Mfg ships orders via FedEx, UPS or US Postal Service. Depending on your location, you have the option to choose your preferred shipping method. Shipping fees will vary depending on the weight and destination of your package, and will be automatically computed when you enter your shipping information in the checkout pages. See the drop down menu in Checkout to choose a service and estimate shipping costs. Please note that FedEx does not deliver on Sundays, or to P.O. boxes.
Orders received before 12pm Pacific Time Monday through Friday will ship out the same day; orders received after 12pm Pacific Time (and on weekends) will ship on the next business day. Domestic orders will have the option of upgrading the shipping method for faster delivery (such as FedEx Express Saver (3-Day), FedEx 2Day or FedEx Overnight). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12pm (noon) Pacific Time, or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Track Your Order: An e-mail will be sent to the registered e-mail address as soon as it leaves our shop. Haven't received an e-mail from us, be sure to check your junk mail sometimes they end up in there.
International Orders: will be shipped FedEx International Economy, UPS Worldwide Expedited, or USPS Priority mail unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges do not include any import duties and local taxes that may be charged by customs agents. You are responsible for these charges at the time of delivery. Check with your local post office or Chamber of Commerce for details on import fees.
Depending on the type, quantity and weight of items in your order, we may pack and ship them in different packages to ensure that they arrive on time and undamaged. This is true when you order multiple boards, helmets and/or body armor packages.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You may enter your tracking number at, depending on the carrier, www.FedEx.com, www.ups.com or www.usps.com to see the status of your shipment.
